Pesto with No Garlic
Recipe: Pesto with no garlic
Generous handful of basil
Handful of walnuts
Wash the basil and chop the walnuts - now blitz!
Transfer to bowl and mix in olive oil to make a runny mixture, add salt to taste
Transfer to a sterilised jar and put into the fridge - enjoy on potatoes, steak etc.
Hope you enjoy this recipe, walnuts are great for the brain, if you look at a walnut you can see it looks like the two halfs of a brain, this is one way we know what foods, herbs etc are good for.
