The Hungry Vegetarian

Blueberry Yogurt Dessert

This is a really simple and wholesome dessert, but looks pretty enough to serve to company.

Ingredients:
1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
Frozen blueberries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker (optional)

Directions:
Place the graham cracker in the bottom of a bowl. Put the yogurt on top, followed by blueberries, and drizzle with condensed milk. Pop in the microwave for about a minute, or until the blueberries defrost.
