The Hungry Vegetarian

Mac and Cheese

Mmmmmm... comfort food.

½ - ¾ box elbow macaroni
½ cup bread crumbs
1 small jar alfredo pasta sauce
1 cup powdered parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350*.

Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and add back to the pot. Combine it with pasta sauce and parmesan cheese, and stir to coat. Put the pasta-sauce combination into an oven-safe dish and top with bread crumbs. Spray the bread crumbs with cooking spray to wet (or melt a little butter into it and crumble the mixture on top).

Bake for 30 minutes or until bread crumbs start to brown.
