Developing Wisdom

"Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense."

This quote reminded me of Maslow's hiearchy of needs; striving for self-actualization and making decisions based on our own sense of morality rather than on a set of social or cultural rules.
